Did you know that women leave the tech industry at a 45% higher rate than men, primarily due to limited growth opportunities and non-inclusive work environments?
She Speaks Tech aims to empower young women in the tech sector by providing them with the tools needed to succeed in a globalized economy. By improving their English communication skills and creating professional networks, we strive to close the gender gap in the IT industry while promoting inclusion and diversity.

ICANA Achievement Scholarships
This program is designed to support the development of young people aged 20 to 25 pursuing university or tertiary studies. Through this initiative, ICANA grants a 50% scholarship for its English courses, with sponsoring companies covering the remaining 50%. This collaboration creates unique opportunities for students to access quality education that boosts their professional futures. Together, we are shaping the leaders of tomorrow!
Bilingual Job Fair
Each year, ICANA organizes the Bilingual Job Fair, an event that promotes employability and professional development for bilingual talent in Argentina. Through this initiative, we facilitate access to job opportunities that require English proficiency, connecting candidates with companies and organizations that value human capital prepared for a global environment.
